Epping Forest Centenary Trust Epping Forest Centenary Trust (EFCT) is a small independent charity dedicated to offering opportunities to groups and individuals from London and the local area to access Epping Forest and take part in conservation and awareness programmes.
The Trust aims to encourage people of all ages and abilities to access Epping Forest by increasing awareness of the Forest and it's unique character. The Trust acts with the full cooperation and approval of the conservators of Epping Forest and is an environmental organisation affiliated to the Forest Education Initiative www.foresteducation.org.uk The Trust employs two project officers who are both qualified and experienced leaders, trained to work with groups engaging them in hands-on activities. Both our project staff are CRB checked, and qualified first aiders. We run two programmes: an awareness programme and a conservation programme.
